Gallery Julius will feature work by Ellen Haffar, of Pompey, NY. Haffar’s pieces celebrate those tiny, spineless beasts in peril from environmental threats – bees, butterflies, and fireflies.
Ellen Haffar is an artist living and working in the hills of Pompey in Upstate New York. She works with a variety of media. Her work is often infused with color and nearly always influenced by nature and a sense of place. Haffar holds degrees from SUNY New Paltz and Syracuse University. Her work has been exhibited extensively and is held in collections nationally and internationally.
