In this 6-week series you will learn the process of applying acrylic in layers to produce depth and richness that translates into representational art. First, we will focus on establishing value mapping in a painting using a monochromatic palette. Then, learn how to use transparent and semi-transparent color glazes of acrylic, allowing the value that has been established underneath to show through. This class is for the beginner as well as the intermediate painter.

Masks may be required in the classroom depending on community spread. Mask requirements may be subject to change. If you are not willing to wear a mask, please do not sign up for our adult classes.
