Regular Classes (with a teacher)

Registration information
Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email that confirms your submission. Registrations are processed on a first come, first serve basis. If the class requested is full, the QBL registrar will put you on the waitlist and register you for your second choice. If you do not select a second choice, the registrar will contact you to refund your deposit.
Deposit & Processing Fee: A $225 non-refundable deposit is required for each session at the time of registration. This fee includes a $25 processing fee per session to reserve your space at QBL. The remaining $200 will be applied towards tuition fees.
Cancellation Policy: The $225 deposit per session is non-refundable. The balance of conference fees is due May 17, 2026. Cancellations before May 17, 2026, must be in writing or emailed to qbl@schweinfurthartcenter.org and received by May 17, 2026, to qualify for a refund. Cancellations after May 17, 2026, are not refundable for any reason. You may designate someone to take your place if you cannot attend.
QBL is not responsible for travel refunds. We highly recommend that you contact a travel agent about travel cancellation insurance for 2026.
Final payment is due May 17, 2026. A $25 late fee is added to all payments received after that date. If you register after May 17, 2026, your final payment will be due upon receipt of your final invoice.
