Art After School: Art Among the Galaxies
Wednesdays, September 13, 20, 27, October 4, 11, 18
Time: 3:45pm-5:15pm
Ages: 6-10
Cost: $55 members, $65 non-members
During this six week series, students will explore planets, stars, and all that is within outer space! Students will work on three-dimensional projects that bring outer space to planet earth. Join us for an out of this world experience as we explore paper mache, string art, as well as up-cycling of materials!
Masks may be required in the classroom depending on community spread. Masks requirements may be subject to change. If you are not willing to wear a mask please do not register for our youth classes.
About the Teacher
Elizabeth Diego is an Auburn native. She is currently an Art Education major with a focus in Animation at Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design. Elizabeth is a senior working towards her Masters Degree in the field. She has previously received her Associates Degree in Studio Art & Design from Cayuga Community College in 2021. She currently works as a substitute teacher for Auburn Enlarged City School District and co-owns a photography business. Elizabeth loves working with children and looks forward to what the future holds for her as an art educator!
